Our Vision
"God bless you! I am Evangelist Ruby Asif from Lahore, Pakistan. I want to share with you the vision the Lord placed in my heart during my ministry over the past 10 years in the outreach areas of villages, brick makers, and farms. I witnessed a significant problem with clean water access; people were using dirty water for drinking, bathing, and showering, leading to various health issues such as skin problems, stomach ailments, and more. Diseases caused by unclean water include skin diseases, diarrhea, stomach problems, Hepatitis A, and Polio.
The villages are located at the outskirts of Lahore, near the Wagha Border. People often have to walk 1 to 1.5 kilometers to access water from neighboring villages. Moreover, the water and sewerage system in Lahore, Pakistan, is inadequate, with some villages resorting to drinking from extremely dirty gutters. There is an urgent need to address this issue and provide assistance to these communities. Additionally, many villages lack electricity, and even those with access experience frequent power outages, lasting more than three days at times. Installing water hand pumps in these villages would ensure continuous access to clean water, regardless of electricity availability.
The Lord has given me a vision, and I am praying to install five clean water hand pumps in five different villages. Please keep us in your prayers, and if the Holy Spirit guides you, consider joining me in this vision and becoming a partner in installing the clean water hand pumps."
Caring for Brick-Making Children
Inside Pakistan's brick kilns, where millions are trapped in modern-day slavery, individuals work dangerous jobs to pay off debts. In Pakistan, families are compelled to produce over 1,500 bricks a day to settle loans owed to the kiln owners. The entire family, including children, is involved in brick-making, as the kiln owners even coerce children into labor. We provide support to these children with food and education, aiming to liberate at least one family from the grip of the kiln owners and introduce them to a new life in Jesus Christ. Approximately 20 families endure this enslavement across different villages, working tirelessly for 18 to 20 hours a day, alongside their children.
Feeding Poor Communities
We are dedicated to supporting impoverished homeless individuals who reside in tents. In one location alone, over 100 poor homeless people live in tents, facing the harsh realities of life without proper shelter. Our support extends beyond just providing food; we also ensure access to education for their children, recognizing the importance of breaking the cycle of poverty through knowledge and skills. Moreover, we address the fundamental need for clean drinking water, especially in the various villages scattered across Pakistan. By providing these essential resources and services, we strive to uplift these communities and offer them a chance for a brighter future.
Preaching the Gospel and Dustributing Bibles
We are committed to providing Holy Bibles to impoverished individuals who are unable to afford them, ensuring that everyone has access to the Word of God. Additionally, we engage in preaching the gospel to impoverished Christians, aiming to strengthen their faith and provide spiritual guidance and support. Our efforts extend to reaching out to those in need, regardless of their financial situation, with the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to connect with the teachings of the Bible and find solace in their faith.
Showing the Love of Jesus
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
James 1:27
